For the past 5 years, I have been reading for personal growth; learning to be a leader with the International Institute for Global Leadership. I have read 13 Books and written over 23,000 words in assessment.  I am in the middle of these studies an I think it is time to share. These are some of my most memorable quotes from my reading.   2. without a doubt,everything rises and falls on leadership.Organizations,nations and cultures are only as strong as its leaders.Sometimes it amazes me how some people assume status of leadership.Is it not so shocking how one requires a license to practice medicine? Don’t tell me you don’t know that one requires a license to practice law.But tell me.How many institutions requires a license in Leadership from its prospective leaders before being given an opportunity of leadership?
